V.S.A.’s coaching philosophy was forged in the most disciplined and demanding athletic environment in the country. From my youth in the Developmental Academy (MLS Next) to my years as a four-year letter winner for NCAA D1 Army West Point, I learned that elite success is never a matter of luck but a Constant Pursuit of Excellence in Character & Competence.

I am here to leverage my network and experience to provide an elite pathway, but more importantly, to develop men & women who will lead, serve, and elevate their communities long after their final whistle.
